The 124th running if the Penn Relays will see the annual battle between the USA athletes and the rest of the world in particular the Jamaicans. With the likes of powerhouses Calabar High and Edwin Allen high, the champion schools at the 2018 Jamaican Championships, matching strides against some of the best USA high schools, the matchup are intriguing.
Former IAAF World Youth 400m champ Christopher Taylor, will seek double gold in both the High school Boys 4x400m and 4x 100m relays.
